Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, plugins, and other extensions using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications using web services and APIs.
  • Configure and manage security settings, user roles, and data access within the CRM system.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Document code and solutions clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of C# programming language and object-oriented development principles.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and web development concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL queries and database concepts is preferred.

  • Strong experience with C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Azure and other cloud-based technologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (experience with specific modules like Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management is a plus).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including scope management, budget control, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
